We Are The Champions

Ok this happened a few weeks ago, but I was waiting for pictures (which I still haven't gotten all of them yet) before I blogged about it, but here it goes. Lindsey (my sister), and her kiddies and I went up to my little brother Jordan's state basketball tournament... and... HE WON! Its was 3 days of basketball games, and baby sitting little children, but it was a very fun trip! I think my niece Alexis likes me now! It was a super close game, and my brother sealed the win with his 4 foul shots he made at the end. The best part was probably after he made them and pointed up to where my dad was sitting. Jordan was in the same position the last time they played the exact same team earlier in the season, and he unfortunately didnt make them and sent the game into overtime, so we were very proud that he did it this time, and I'm pretty sure he was pleased with himself! It was very fun to get to hang with the champ and watch them win! Here's some pictures from the trip!

Carter sporting his green!!!
Here's his cute shirt grandma made him!
The family all together with Jordan- minus Lance he didn't come up until the Championship game!

The Champ and the Kids.. I think this picture is so cute!
All the kids!
Jordan and his teammates waiting for their introduction..
This is how carter stayed entertained during the games!
The benefits of a tall grandpa I suppose, carter got his fair share of game time!

Best part about being single...

Ok, so I've been known to complain about my single status, but in all reality there is no way I'd be able to have this kind of fun if I wasn't. So single, graduated, and in a career might be the best way of life for me so far! Just yesterday I decided to go on a cruise this weekend. So I'll be in Vegas tomorrow night, San Diego on Thursday where I'll board my ship, Mexico on Friday, and a relazing day at Sea on Saturday.. ITs going to be amazing, and I'll be back to work on Monday. Thank you to Megan for getting me to go, thank you to my principal for loving cruises as much as I do and letting me miss a few days of school, thank you to my student teacher, whitney, who is teaching while I am gone, and thank you to all the men out there who haven't proposed, so I am able to go play during this time of my life! :) I'll post pictures afterwards, so stay tuned! loves to all!
